Overview

Community Concepts Finance Corporation (CCFC) is a CDFI and an affiliate of Community Concepts, whose purpose is to help residents in Androscoggin, Oxford and Franklin counties (Maine) gain access to capital in order to build assets, such as purchasing and maintaining a home or starting or expanding a business. Because of the wide variety of services offered under Community concepts, CCFC services lacked visibility.

Our Work

In March 2007, Encompass was hired to develop a Marketing Plan for CCFC, which included separating and branding its services externally into two user-friendly entities:

• HomeQuest NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center became the residential name and “housed” all services within Community Concepts relating to home education, mortgage and home-equity lending, and real estate sales.

• The Business Lending Center became the name for all business-related services, where people who own, or want to start, small businesses can go for a variety of loans and management support.

For both of these entities, Encompass created logos, trade show displays, websites and outreach campaigns that involved radio and print advertising as well as social media.

On-Going Support

Encompass works on a monthly basis advancing stories in traditional and social media, managing advertising activities, and provides creative services as needed.
