Email & Handout Surveys

Written surveys that are emailed, or handed out at the conclusion of a program, can be the most efficient way to obtain feedback from customers, prospects, vendors, and the general community.

Our process includes working with clients to determine the overall survey objectives, then crafting questions to achieve results. Once the results are in, Encompass will analyze the surveys and provide written recommendations.

Focus Groups

Focus groups are valuable because they tell you why people feel a particular way. Often, greater information is uncovered due to the group discussion that evokes deeper feelings or opinions than would surface in individual surveys.

Our experienced facilitator will work with your organization to identify research objectives, criteria for participants, and topics to be discussed in the groups.

Focus groups are faciltated discussions typically comprised of 10-12 individuals who meet to share their opinions on a particular topic.
